CCTV & Video Surveillance

Full security coverage with remote monitoring

IP-based camera systems on a network video recorder (NVR), covering the perimeter, building entrances, and common areas, with remote viewing via a mobile app.

We design camera placement and coverage angles from the building's actual layout, not a generic template, so the points that actually matter are actually covered.

Where It Sits in the Build Programme

Network cabling (Cat6 or fibre) is run to every camera position at first fix alongside the networking scope, while cameras, the NVR, and final commissioning happen at the finishing stage.

How We Deliver Every Service

Regardless of system type, we follow the same engineering methodology from the first site visit through handover.

  • Site survey & requirements assessment
  • Engineering design & Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Supply & installation
  • Testing & commissioning
  • Handover & user training
  • Ongoing maintenance, optional under an AMC

Standards & Technologies

ONVIF Interoperability standard across surveillance equipment
PoE (IEEE 802.3af/at) Powering cameras over the same network cable
H.265 Video compression to reduce storage footprint

Typical Scope by Project Size

Residential Villa

Perimeter, entrance, and driveway coverage, with a remote-viewing app and local NVR storage.

Commercial / Multi-Floor Project

Full floor and common-area coverage tied into the access-control system (event-linked recording), with a central monitoring room as an option.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is footage retained?

It depends on the storage capacity chosen and the number and resolution of cameras — we set a target retention period at the design stage and size storage to match it.

Can I view the cameras remotely?

Yes, via a dedicated app, which requires an internet connection or a VPN setup.

Is monitoring managed by you or self-managed?

The system is self-managed by the owner by default; a managed monitoring-alerts service can be added under the annual maintenance contract.
